The St. Stephen's Women of the Church - with the involvement of virtually every member of the congregation - put on two major festivals each year.  The annual Strawberry Festival is held on Saturday of Memorial Day week-end, and the annual Christmas Countdown Festival is held on Saturday of Labor Day week-end.   The festivals feature over 100 high-quality arts and crafts exhibits. In addition, they include a giant bake sale, food concessions, music and - in the Spring - fresh strawberries and our phenomenally popular strawberry shortcake.  The festivals are major events for the entire community, and draw thousands of people who live within a radius of some 200 miles.  This is your opportunity to take a beautiful drive out into the country and join the fun.
